318km and 5000m+
Fun but not easy.
June 2019: Volunteering at the Washington aid station of the South Downs 100. A brilliant, eye opening and rewarding day. I also did this nexuses I decided I wanted to run this race. Take on the 100 mile challenge.
Saturday long run. Not seen Jules since #fakehurtwood last year and a lots happened since then. So we pretty much talked for 3 hours non stop😂 then ate brownies.
Spent quite a bit of time day dreaming about doing this again the last few days. 😍
It’s been a while!
